Tummy Tuck alternatives for apron tummy?

I'm at the point in my weightloss where my apron hang is shrinking but seems like a balloon deflating. It's tempting ti get a full Tummy Tuck but I have always said I would never have surgery I don't medically need and this apron is not a problem other than confidence and visuals.

I'm trying to explore alternatives for skin removal/tightening. It doesn't need yo have the same effect as a tummy Tuck but a good change to the area would be great.

Realistically I think my only option may be a tummy tuck/mini tuck/body contour surgery but has anyone come across something that is minimally invasive and done under local anaesthatetics?

I've had laser/heat treatment on my arms before but was still quite big so I don't think I was really the right type for it and it was so expensive for minimal results. I can't see it being able to do much on tummy but I hope I'm wrong?

Also, do you have to be at goal weight before having a tummy tuck etc? I daresay I wouldn't need to lose as much weight if I removed this problem area sooner.

I'm interested too! A deflated balloon is a good description.
I've still got two stone to go but I can already see the way it's going!
