Mounjaro and contraception

Getting ready to start mounjaro but can't decide what to do about contraception. I'm currently using the minipill. Has everyone changed contraception?
Trying to decide if I should just risk it and continue with the pill.

It isn't guaranteed to work. I am on Cerazette POP and haven't had a period in 8 years. I got one after my first month on Mounjaro and so was very thankful Ive not had sex with DH for some time!! Having read up on it now contraception not reliable when starting or changing dose so think about condoms or a LARC
