I am a bit heavier than I'd like ideally and don't like the amount of non nutritious food I am eating.
Thought it'd be good to start a thread to keep myself accountable and see if anyone would like to join?
I am starting with a 5 days reboot which will be fairly extreme to remove all sugar (Prolon) and then aim to just eat in a mindful way without calorie counting but focusing on nutrients instead.
I'll also try to exercise consistently (not during the first 5 days).
Current weight: 64 kg
Dream weight: 58/59 kg
Tips and motivational stories are welcome too.
