Never going do it !! Feel overwhelmed

Hello I have been overweight on and off all my life.
I lost weight few years ago and was normal weight 10st 2lbs for 5ft4 but at top end bmi.
Still felt good.
Now 14st 11.
Look terrible and just seem to be thinking I'm never going do it again. Had a lot of stress in life last 5-6 years but now decided as I go every day that I can't go on like this. Other day I kneel and felt like my legs were going snap when I tried to stand back up!!
Just so overwhelming as feels like it is going to take a very long time and I'm gross in meantime. Oh works with glam slim people and I look like a middle age Blob.
How will I keep going as it will be slow and I can hardly breathe. Nothing fits. Hot day and need to hide again.
And how do others not look back at when the were slim before and regret putting it all back on. What a waste of my hard work.
Please help me?

I’ve lost a stone in 6 weeks and have another 1.5 or 2 to go. It hasnt been too hard. I am a yo-yo dieter and feel like I have cracked it this time (but then again I always do 😂). The last bit will be the hardest.

Last time I lost weight I got very thin and felt great but I was weighing my food and obsessed with protein, carbs etc, not doing that this time as it doesn’t actually reduce my appetite when I am eating to reach numbers and then I am still greedy but don’t want to weigh and track everything I eat. If you are not great with portion control I would recommend doing this initially to get an idea of how many calories and protein etc is in what you are eating.

This is what I have done

virtual gastric band via hypnosis on Spotify, I don’t think I have actually been hypnotised but when I feel my portion sizes creeping back up I take myself to a darkened room and re fit it and it has worked 😂

Don’t eat before 12pm, black coffee and sugar free squash only, so not true fasting. This works for me as I get hungry at 12pm regardless of whether I have had breakfast

something small and full of protein and fewer carbs for lunch and a protein shake (I only need this because I don’t eat eggs or dairy or meat)

normal family dinner but aiming for plenty of protein and fewer carbs

plenty of fibre
loads of water
green tea if peckish

minimal booze but that has gone out of the window on a few occasions

loads of exercise, I was previously quite fit (last time I was thin) but running was really hurting my knees at this size, but even loads of walking will do it at first. The joy of being bigger is any exercise has big calorie burn. Aim for 70,000 steps per week and maybe some swimming. Then add in some weights (I do Caroline Girvan on YouTube), nothing changes my shape like weight lifting does. I have to make myself get into exercise to begin with, it took me 6 months to not hate jogging when I started. But when I exercise regularly I am not bored and get some sort of dopamine hit, which somewhat replaces eating crisps and drinking wine.
