What breakfast do you have?

What breakfast do you have and does it keep you full?

I need to lose weight and as part of that think it would be really helpful to have a breakfast that keeps me full until lunch.

If I have porridge or cereal I am usually starving 2 hours later.

I would try to avoid refined carbs. Eggs, and bacon, avocado, salmon etc. Personally I eat full fat Greek yoghurt, sprinkled with flax seeds and mixed with a little kefir and berries/half a banana etc.

No breakfast for me. I eat lunch as late as possible (just eating lunch now 2.50pm) then eat dinner as late as possible. This gives me the best chance of not snacking or over eating.
I’ve kept 2st off for 3 years now but it’s never ending 🙈

Scrambled egg (2 large eggs) and either 2 slices of bacon or 1 slice of proscuito ham.

Normal breakfast is usually wheat puffs with ff yoghurt set up the night before or overnight oats. If I don't have a 'good' breakfast it knocks the rest of my eating out for the day
