Day 3 today, this is my pivotal day. If I can get through today, my brain resets into the total food replacement mode!
I lost a lot of weight on the plan before and I know that it works. I can hold my hands up and say that the plan didn't fail when weight went back on, I did.
I had a lot of sadness (sibling loss and dh's health nosediving) but am ready to go again.
I am trying to do nice rewards instead of food rewards too. I have a paddleboarding and a kayaking lesson booked for 6 and 8 weeks time. My interim goal is 21 lbs off by then.
Anyone else on NYP or similar?
