Wednesday - prawn salad at home
Thursday - italian out
Friday - curry out

Saturday - feel dreadful, help!!!!

You need to meal plan and buy accordingly so you know what you are having so no rumaging around in the cupboards getting out all the wrong things.

Rosemary Conley is good and is low GI - loads of recipes online and she also has a monthy mag which you could buy for more ideas. Rosemary also promotes exercise as well.

Thank you for your replies. I/we are just sooo lazy, however today I have been to the gym, had a banana, pear, tuna sandwich and a fair bit of water, onward and upward!

I've lost a pound!! Can you believe that, after all that pigging and a bit of exercise, I have no idea what is going on but hey, only another stone to lose.

I have been sooo much better this week, only ate out twice, curry and chinese, that's really good for me!! Been to the gym three times, treadmill at home twice, weigh in tomorrow so fingers crossed.
