Wegovy starter

Hi there,
I am so nervous but excited. I've brought wegovy flex touch 0.5 as was the same price as .25 so I'm hoping to halve the dose. I've never used this before and I'm worried about messing my pen up. How do I begin, what do I need to do to make sure I'm giving myself half the dose. I know it's 19 clicks but I don't really know what that means.

Do I simple attach my needle and click the pen 19 times and inject, and then next time, new needle, 19 clicks then inject?

I understand I need to buy extra needles, but I don't know what I'm looking for or where to go.

I've searched for this specific info, I found the info about 19 clicks here but not specifically about how to get started and halving. Please could someone help me!

Also, has anyone done keto before? I'm expecting the nasty side effects may be your body going into ketosis? If so I'm aware of how to manage that so that would be reassuring to hear.
