First time starting Wegovy

Hi, I’m wanting to order Wegovy for the first time and just wanted to ask where you all normally order from?
I have used Oxempic a few years ago and had to stop as I was really nauseous all of the time and had awful sulphur burps. Does anyone know if Wegovy has the same side effects?
I have 3 stone to lose and a holiday in 11 weeks so not sure what I could expect to lose before then.

I would like to know how you get any of these weight loss injections, I have a BMI of 38/40, can you get them from the Gp or are they only available on a private prescription?

@Mt61 you can get them from the GP if you have Type 2 diabetes or another weight related health condition. You also have to be referred to the weight management service before they will prescribe it and there is usually at least a 12 month wait for this. Most people buy it privately which costs between around £150 - £250 per month

Wegovy is the exact same medication as ozempic it just has a different brand name for weight loss rather than diabetes. I changed over and it was exactly the same side effects etc so expect it to be exactly the same as when you were on ozempic.

Was referred to that clinic last November so I won’t expect them to get in touch any time soon 😩 surgery won’t happen on my knee if I don’t get my weight down- in so much pain I comfort eat, catch 22

Just buy it privately. I get mine from Health Express but there are loads of places.

Just started Wegovy this week. Be great to have some support from other newbies as I’m nervous and excited!
I’m almost 43, need to lose 3 stone. I’m sick of sore joints and no energy. I like my fashion too and just want to wear the things that I love.
I have had no side effects so far but assume it builds up in your system over time. I got mine from Bolt Pharmacy. Looking to order the 2 next doses to last me through Xmas. I don’t know if they will allow the 1mg to be administered now though..does anyone know?

There is definitely a psychological effect to being on WLI, like because I’m doing this I don’t want to just eat crap. Feeling motivated to move more too. Maybe it’s all a placebo but who cares if it works and my health improves.

So after seeing lots of post about people switching to moujaro I’m thinking of doing this now. I’ve only taken 1 dose of W at 0.5mg. Should I just finish the pen and start M straight after? Or take the loss and take M as my next dose?
