Hi Ladies, hope you didn't devour too much chocolate over the Easter weekend.

I have luckily managed to stay the same this week.

oh blimey - forgot again tis Tuesday

Still running am up to 2.5 miles a go [proud] 3 times a week and don't even get out of puff, a complete mircacle....

Also have decided to re join Slimming World on Thursday as weight deffo out of hand. Have done it before but the plan is (how many plans have I had?) to buy a 12 week countdown and focus totally for that short time and if it is as easy as it is to type I shall be at least 1 - 2 stone lighter

excellent you are the same Smalline with all this tempting choccy around.

Thanks very much for starting us off, Smalline, I did think about it earlier but the thought fell out of the sieve that passes for my brain these days. I didn't gain or lose any this time either, so I'm feeling quite pleased too - well done Smalline for avoiding the Easter eggs!

Furball I should think you're a tidier shape with all the running even if the weight doesn't come off that fast - I've found that with my daily exercise. Good luck with Slimming World and I'll be crossing my fingers for you.

oh buggery poop - I went to sw last night and their scales are awful - I was 1/2 stone more than I thought!

I'm really out of hand and hopefully will give me the boot up the bum that I need and deserve.

am busy meal planning......

I found the same with the Weight Watchers scales Furball so don't worry too much about it. Also if you are used to weighing yourself in the morning without any clothes on, that too will make a difference as we are heavier in the evening and I think you are supposed to allow a couple of pounds for your clothes.

Anyway focus on the positive, you are doing something about it. I'm looking forward to seeing your results. Good luck.
