I assume, as it's Friday evening, you cannot speak to the medical team who are treating you.

I do hope everything is fine, but I would call NHS 111.

Flatleak · 23/02/2024 20:46

Jesús no it's not. How long has this been happening? Have you sought advice?

Call 111 now!

Versailles2025 · 23/02/2024 20:47

Not good go to A&E.

Hellocatshome · 23/02/2024 20:49

Go to A&E or at very least call 111! If the team who treated you did not tell you you would be vomiting blood then it is definitely not normal. Its the kind of thing they would tell you about if you were to expect it.

Feeling sick and being sick is normal. Blood is not. Might be from too much vomiting, might be a nicked vessel. But you need to be checked. The pain is worrying too

heena3 · 23/02/2024 20:51

Our doctor said it was normal to get through this. He said that my capillary was bleeding because it was done by endoscopy did you get yours all through edsocopy

I wouldn’t have one I looked into it and it’s not my cup of tea.

The dr said the symptoms you describe is normal?

Are you able to drink and hydrate yourself?

GN637 · 23/02/2024 21:49

Definitely not normal. Get to A&E. I'm a retired nurse and used to work on the gastro ward with those go
Irony blood and it's an emergency so please go straight away.

It wasn't me, went to support a friend. She had it under local and feel sick / was sick for over a week but it settled down. No blood except a tiny streaky bit, but that was more from her poor throat being sore. Definitely not bleeding.
