Hi, I'm actually doing The New You Switch plan which involves eating real food and meal replacements. I only want to lose a stone and I'm excersising so the total meal replacement doesn't suit me.

There are some massive losses for some people doing TMR.

I think that I'd also do the two replacements plus light evening meal. I'm not sure I can manage without some real food.

I've just sent it.

I probably should have called the thread The New You Switch plan as people don't like hearing about real food on the total food replacement plan.

I'll see if I can get it changed.

I've lost a couple of lb over the last two weeks but I've started exercising again. I need to be more strict and if I have someone to chat with and keep me more on track it will help.

I love the shakes and the bars. I haven't tried many of the meals but I've tried most of the soups and they are nice.

I’m not sure about the meals, when I’ve had them before I wasn’t keen so I’ve just opted for shakes and soups as I think they will be a better fit for bfast and lunch. I’ve got lots of shakes, a few porridge, a couple of bars and a couple of the dessert style ones.
If I’m feeling committed when they get here I might even go the full hog and just do the sachets…. Maybe!

OK, I didn't like the carbonara at all but didn't mind cottage pie. I think when I top up my order I will probably not do meals either.
