Thinking of joining app, is it any good? I'm struggling, hopping from calorie counting to Keto etc. always feel great initially but then fall off the wagon on a bad day and struggle to get motivated. Need to lose about a stone and a bit.

I feel I need someone or something to check in with to keep me on track..

Any experiences or recommendations?

I love the Body Coach. I’ve done his YouTube workouts for years and have his recipe books, which we use frequently. I signed up for his 90-day plan a couple of years ago as I wanted to lose weight. I then tried the app as well as they brought it out while I was doing the plan. The workouts were really good and lots of helpful info and guidance. But I found it very expensive to follow the meal/recipe plan. Like to buy everything I needed for a week cost us more than double our usual food shop, and that just for me! That wasn’t sustainable for me unfortunately. However, I would definitely recommend giving it a go as everyone is different so what’s out of my budget food-wise might not be for you. I also haven’t used it in a couple of years so it may have changed. I know several people who have used it and seen success.
