Hello! I'm very black and white in my thinking and just need an eating plan to tell me what to eat. Any suggestions? I'm a vegetarian so struggle with low carb. I'm best at counting calories. Any suggestions? Shall I look at Weight Watchers?

Have you thought about mindful chef? It's all redone for you.

Do you have much to lose? The Fast 800 online plan is good - you can swap things in and out, and there's a vegetarian setting?

I've got 2 stone to lose. I have got the Fast 800 book somewhere.

I think they do a 7 day free trial of the online plan,

I've been looking at Mindful Chef...do the meals come already prepped in boxes (like a ready meal) or is it more like Gousto with all the ingredients randomly chucked in the box?

Its ingredients but better than gousto, in separate bags and low carb etc so good for weight loss.

We had it on an offer and would so do it if we had the money.

It's Real Food so better than diet food/ultra processed stuff and keeps you fuller for longer.

If you can afford it I’d recommend the online version of the Fast 800. It’s VERY prescriptive, to the point that it will generate shopping lists for you. It takes a lot of the mental load of a diet away.
There are different versions so you don’t have to go super low carb.
I’m very black and white and really struggle with wishy washy guidance, Fast 800 is the best I’ve found.

Second vote for Fast 800. You can do 800 calories a day for 12 weeks, or you can do that for two days a week, with more calories other days (all meals set out for you and you can swap if it's something you don't like). Or even stick with Way of Life, which is not dieting per sec, but a healthy food plan.

I have used Mindful chef, but found the amount of time it took to cook everything was just too much for me.
