Seen this on Instagram but no where can I see an actual recipe. Has anyone heard of this? Like â lemonade but containing magnesium and ashwaganda?

That really isn’t going to magically cause weight loss.

I’ve taken both those supplements together and the result was not loss of weight!

Unless it's a laxative dose of magnesium I can't see it doing anything.

Magnesium gives you the shits- required dose depends on the individual. My running partner can’t even use hydration drinks with magnesium in them or she has to dash in the bushes. Anyway, probably not really advisable as a weight loss strategy

I took some magnesium last night and I do feel several pounds lighter this morning 😁. Unless you're drinking these drinks instead of eating a meal all they will do is make you poop, not lose fat

Good lord thank God you wrote this, I've had everyone going on about magnesium to me recently. I could have sleepwalked into disaster!

It does seem to be the buzz word of the moment.

Thanks everyone.
