Hi, im busy at work, busy at home with 3 teens and the only "me-time" i get is my commute... driving between 5.30 to 6.45....
I am ravenous, i just buy crisps and chocolate and eat that while driving...
I am a loss as to what alternative i could eat during that time? It is emotional eating and i cant get put of it! However strong i feel when i get out of work, my feet still find the way to the cornershop....
The commute is also my occasion to dicate all my notes on my phone, clearing my mind...
TIA

Nuts
Apple
Hummous and small crackers
Babybel
High protein yoghurt

Crisps sound far more appealing though

Roasted almonds are delicious. I buy a big bag and roast then in the air fryer for 4 mins but you could also do in the oven. If I have a choc craving I do have some dark choc with them. Tastes a bit like like peanut m&ms. Also popcorn is good. But it’s also quite late, could you eat more protein mid-afternoon so you’re not as hungry during that time?

Grapes?
Carrot sticks?
Gum?
