Weight loss girdle?

I’m starting Wegovy and aim to lose around five stone. A lot of my weight is around my middle and I know I will be left with lots of loose skin in that area.

Is there such a thing as a surgical girdle that helps the skin to be supported as the weight is lost and it gets looser? In my head I’m imagining something like a post-pregnancy support? Does this even exist? TIA 🙏🏻
