I had a medical at work today and I've put on about half a stone since the last one. I'm 68.5kg and about 5'5-ish. I feel wobbly and sluggish and generally fed up.
Can anyone advise me of a diet/eating plan that would help me lose a bit and some easy to do exercises that I can do at home and at break times at work. I don't mean easy as in not much, I mean easy as in easy to fit into a short space of time. I dug out my Tae-bo DVD this morning and had a go at that. I was quite sweaty and tired after which enforces how unfit I am.
