I've been doing SW since February, with 2-and-a-half stone to lose. The thing is, it takes me a couple of months to lose 0.5-1 stone and then in one weekend I can put it all back on!!
So far my weight has been:
February: 11.5 stone
March: 11 stone
April: 10.5 stone
May: 10 stone
June: Half a stone gained on holiday - 10.5 stone
July: 10 stone
August: 9.5 stone
September: Half a stone gained on holiday - 10 stone
I am currently the exact same weight as I was just before I went on holiday in June 
I so wanted to reach my target 9 stone by Christmas, but I feel like that will never happen now as I've got several parties, weddings etc before then. I suppose I'll still be this weight in the new year, having lost and then gained again.
Why does it take so long to lose a few pounds yet they go back on within a few days??? It's so frustrating!
Also I've tried other methods and failed miserably - I have a binge eating problem which is exacerbated by calorie counting and making myself hungry. Why is it so hard?!
