Oops, hope you're doing better than me, I put on a pound again. Entirely composed of hot cross buns, too . But I shall regard this as a minor blip on the way, a breather so to speak. Good luck everyone!

I've not done so well myself this week either Heavybee I've also put on a pound. I've been slipping back into my old ways without realising it.

I'm going to try really hard this week, have just finished exercising (Karen Voight's Ultimate Step Circuit dvd) so feel quite good about myself.

Have a good week everyone.

HeavyBee · 04/03/2008 10:56

Well done with the exercise, Smalline, it always helps, it's an appetite suppressant as well as being good in itself. That and staying out of the kitchen, especially after the evening meal. No wandering about having the odd handful of almonds from the jar or an oatcake or two....nothing wrong with the oatcake, mind, just have it without lots of butter and cheese and pickle on top. Am I hungry just now? Surely not!

Furball · 06/03/2008 07:20

I can't hear you nah nah ne nah nah

I've put on another 1 lb but am back running this week - am up to run for 20 mins straight today [boast]

HeavyBee · 06/03/2008 11:39

Well, that's all three of us then, and a communal three pounds isn't so good - but recently we've all been doing better, we're exercising, we're just doing ok all round really and shouldn't get too cross with ourselves. We just don't have to put any more on again before next Tuesday, hmm?

I did my 20 minute run! [proud]

HeavyBee · 06/03/2008 20:41

Goodness, well done, Furball that's fantastic! I can't run for toffee or indeed anything else. Walk, cycle, yes; run more than a few yards for a bus and I feel each of my many years and pounds. I am very impressed that you can run for 20 minutes, keep at it!
