3 years ago l joined a group on here for 100 day challenge and it was fab, l lost 3 stone, saved money, was organised for Christmas after that it went to pot, why l didn’t keep it up l don’t know.

Anyway l want to try and do it again.

its 102 days till Christmas and this year as a treat we decided as a extended family to eat out on Christmas Day and just presents for children, this is a huge luxury for us and probably won’t happen again. I just don’t want to be the biggest person there, l want to look healthy , calm and in control of my life next to my sister who has cleaner, nanny, fabulous hair dresser and amazing wardrobe. I hate that she calls my look homely(l also don’t know why l feel it’s an insult as l love my life, maybe it’s the way she says it!) while l call her’s elegant.

My goals are

2lbs a week.
Meal planning for a full week including lunches for work.
C25k starting today.
Charge my watch and do 15000 steps per day.
10 minute of my hula hoop a day and 30 day shred alternative days.

l need a thread like this to keep me motivated and have support as l don’t have a lot in real life. I do have a treat for my self at the end as l have just booked and paid a deposit on a blow dry, nails and have my eyebrows waxed the day before Christmas Eve so at least l will feel a bit glamours.

Hopefully someone wants to join me and l can bore you silly and chat about dresses n November, although l might think about hiring one.

I'll join! I'm making a big effort to lose the (very stubborn) last stone and I'm aiming to get it off by Christmas. I'm aiming for one pound a week by calorie counting and gym three times a week. I'm about to some start weight training too. My part time job is a half hour walk away so I'm going to start walking in. I'm also starting a business so I'm hoping that I can keep the good habits up while I'm busy.

Fabulous @YesIReallyDidOK l have an accomplice, we can do this. I did my 10 mins hooping, god knows how people do longer, l wasn’t that great. I have ate well all day though and do feel better. I have a lot to lose, 7 stone do after the initial 100 days l need to carry on.

So l have charged my watch yesterday which was touch and go for about two hours as it didn’t show any signs of life at all. I ran today and done 10 mins of hooping, although l say 10 mins l didn’t keep it up for men minutes l think l need to build momentum for that.

l have made a list for my meal plan and lunches none l am just going to tackle the shops as we had plans this morning. I am going to eat before l go so l don’t get tempted.
