Hey everyone
A couple of weeks ago, I met a friend that I had not seen in months and she has clearly lost a lot of weight. I asked her about changes to her routine and apparently she has a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar every morning.
DH does not believe that it works. So, I had to try for myself.
It's my second day so very early days. But I feel fuller and have been snacking less. Does the stuff actually work or am I just telling myself stories?
