Whole30 - help/success/tips

Starting the Whole30 diet tomorrow, did it once before many years ago and remember feeling amazing afterwards but that was two children and a pandemic ago! 🤣

Has anyone done it recently and got a success story or tips to help me get through it? Especially interested to hear from pescatarians who have tried it.

I have meal prepped for week one but I’m scared of the sugar withdrawal and also not being able to have a glass of vino at the weekends, socialising etc.

Please tell me about your amazing experiences to get me through. Or come join me on this experience and we can share moral support!

Funnily enough I was thinking about W30 in the early hours. I’d made some ‘healthy’ home made snickers (dates, nuts, oats, dark choc) and was feeling pretty awful because I’d actually eaten 5 of them. Blush
I was thinking I would be no good on W30 at the moment as the founder Melissa is very strict on not making foods look like surgery treats.
I know she is an ex addict, it’s great she has turned her life around, but I do think she has swapped one addiction for another, have you seen her insta? I would love to do it, I can’t stop eating sugar at the moment, but I’m veggie & GF and it’s just too restrictive. I’m hoping someone pops on with some tips I can use though.
