I have fallen off the diet wagon big time!

I went from Keto, to low carb to now which is basically eat & drink anything & everything!

So, I need to get back to it! Anyone want to join me?!

Current weight : who knows?! I'm too scared to check! Prob mid-high 13s

Goal weight 11st 8lbs! (& a slightly flatter stomach if I can!)

OK so yesterday was day 1 for me and went well because I was busy. Ate in a 4 hour period, I dont fuss much over how much I eat so long as it covers the nutritional bases.

I weigh myself every day. It goes up and down by up to 3lb so I find it easier to measure daily and use a trend. Today 10.13
Wanted to do measurements but can't find tape measure!

14 hours into my fast. Friends suggested going out for lunch so trying to decide whether that works for me - means shorter fast today and more than 24 hours til tomorrow's dinner.

I weigh everyday too, find it keeps me on track better. Don't think I could go 24 hours without eating though

I'm enjoying fasting & also weigh every day to keep myself on track.

Trying to keep busy with work so I don't snack is helping!! As is Pepsi Max!

I'm also a daily weigher - it definitely helps me to stay focused. Doing O.K. foodwise but know it's early days - day 3 today. I need to meal plan and shop accordingly now. I've managed to keep away from the bread which is carb crack to me so I'm pleased about that. I am extremely physically lazy and have a very absorbing desk job which means I sit ALL day and most of the evening. I know this is VERY bad and I need to address this now I've got control of the bread bin. It's only going to be walking I think. I'm going to try this 5;10;15 thing. First day, you go out and walk for 5 minutes turn round and walk back - so that's 10 minutes walking. You do this morning and evening for a week. Each week you increase the walking by 5 minutes so week 2 is 10 minutes out and back twice a day etc. I have no excuse for not doing this - I shall record my steps to see if that helps with the motivation.

@recklessgran that sounds like an excellent idea. I bet you enjoy it when you get going. In the past I've told myself all I have to do is put on my trainers and step outside the front door, then once I'm there I find I may as well go for a walk.

I too need to match up meal planning and shopping, it's the wrong way round right now, I look I the fridge then decide what to have.

Daily weigh in 10.12.6, which sounds good but my weight bounces all over the place so could easily be back at 11 tomorrow.

Fasting yesterday was easy enough. Started eating at 5.30, stopped at 9.

I had
Sugar snap peas, carrot sticks and hummus
Tempura cod with Brocolli and a couple of new potatoes
2 slices gouda
Natural yoghurt with a tbsp berries
Small hot choc made with whole milk and 2 squares 85% chocolate
Small bowl coconut flakes
Half a bounty

It's not great, I need more protein but had forgotten to lift things out of freezer.
I am obsessive about calcium intake, hence all the dairy. Would you believe that covers the minimum?

Weight 10.11.6, thought it'd go up again today.

Fasting was difficult yesterday because I had something on 6-8 and no way I wasn't eating til after 8. So started at 4.30, ended 9.30 with a big break in the middle.

Had
Sugarsnap peas and hummus
Roasted veg and salmon fillet
Coconut flakes
Yog and berries
1 slice gouda
2x hot choc
2x m&s cookie

Absolutely no reason for those last 2 to be doubled! DH bought me a pack of my fave cookies and I said I'd just eat one a day. Then fancied another.

Still, if I wasn't fasting I'd probably have eaten the whole pack by now.

Out at a local tapas place with friends tonight. I'll eat a lot but keep it in the 4 hour window.

Hows everyone getting on?

I'm 11 stone --5 ft 7 and hoping to get down to 10 stone
Lost around 8 pounds since July but feel like it's not dropping bellow 11 stone

Currently weigh 12 stone 1.6. Hoping I can get into the 11s next week. Lost 7 pounds since I got back from my holiday last week.

Not great!
Only lost half a pound as have been busy so not planning well enough!

Work tomorrow so that will help me focus more!
