Hello. I'm starting to overhaul my diet and lifestyle in attempt to lose 4 stone after having a baby last year. I'lll be calorie counting alongside exercising.
I just need some good/tasty ideas for breakfast and lunch that don't involve oats for breakfast or bread/wraps for lunch. I don't mind prepping or cooking something the night before. I seem to be stuck on same couple of things for both meals and I'd like some fresh ideas if anyone had any to share please?
