Feel so heavy when lying down

I am 5ft6 and 16 stone so I know I am really overweight but when I lie down in bed at night it’s like there is a pile of bricks on my stomach it’s just awful.

Has anyone else experienced this

There is definitely a tipping point where I go from feeling chubby to properly heavy and sluggish. It's usually when I go over 4 stone. I get a hump (!) on the back of my neck that weighs me down in bed and I struggle to even exercise much after this point.

Easier said than done (been there many times), but setting smaller targets to get 1 or 2 stone off can feel less overwhelming than trying to lose the whole lot and can make a huge difference in how you move and feel.
