How to actually lose weight successfully

Just weighed myself and could cry. I'm almost 100kg, I know that may not seem like much to some or lots to others but heyho. I had got down to 82kg a few years back but here I am again.
I've tried everything (SW, calorie counting, PT and plan etc) but my issue is clearly a lack of willpower...maybe relevant but I find it hard to stick to anything.
Has anyone else managed to successfully lose about 20kg which is about 3 stone and keep it off?
I have a gym membership but cannot afford PT sessions/online coaching. I was on holiday recently and the photos disgust me, I hate how much I've let myself go and how much of a failure I am.

If you've done SW you will know how much you can eat so what else stops you?

Your weight is 100 kg, but mine was 70 kg, and I was concerned as not well. Additionally, I was unable to go to the gym because I ran out of time to do so. I then attempted dieting to lose weight. I give you some advice that I've personally taken, and now that I weigh 55 kg, I feel good about myself.

  1. Do workouts in a daily routine
  2. Take a meal when you are hungry, but only eat a modest amount, and chew it well and slowly
  3. Drink 7-8 glasses of detox water daily

You can complete these tasks without difficulty, and you will definitely see the effects.
