Should I stop Ozempic???

I have been on Ozempic for 6 months and combined it with a consistent exercise routine and hearths eating habits. I've now lost 40 pounds.

I've stopped, primarily due to my need to save my money in these uncertain times as the cost has more than doubled since I started, but also uncertainty around what this could be doing to my health long-term.
I've booked an appointment to restart as I can see my appetite increasing rapidly, but a part of me is saying I can maintain my current weight without Ozempic and another part of me is saying 6 months is too early to stop and I'll be back to being heavy despite my exercises.
I want to stay healthy.

I'm just looking to hear other people's experiences with Ozempic? How long did you take it for? Did you regain the weight after stopping? Any long term side effects you may have noticed?

Thank you.

You will struggle to get hold of it now anyway. If you want to continue the loss you will have to use willpower. Just eat what you were eating before. You don't need the food you want the food. Small portions of healthy food rather than big portions 3 times a day.
