Slimming world - best wetherspoons meal?

Hi going to wetherspoons this afternoon for father's day.
Any ideas on best choice? Anything free?

Steak no chips, with salad.

They do a number of ok salads too.

Or you could calorie count instead for the day as their menus have calories on.

The jacket potato with beans and salad is free.
Or the 5 bean chilli with rice - substitute the tortillas for a salad - 6 syns I think.
