And I ideally want to lose 10lbs. Now, I know that that’s a huge ask in 18 days, but I’d really like to make a dent in that. Id be happy with a minimum of 5lbs really.
Im creating this thread to hold myself accountable. I’m not going to weight every day, possibly every 3 days.
My aims:
No UPF
IF 11am-6pm
Peloton bike 30mins daily in the PM
30-day shred 20mins daily in the AM/PM
10,000 steps walk outside
Simple, healthy food
I have loose flabby skin from two back-to-back pregnancies with rapid weight fluctuations. I am definitely a binge-eater so don’t want to starve myself. I want to feel satiated and healthy, so am not going to track calories or macros. Just eating my fill of healthy simple foods.
I will be posting some pictures and taking my weight and measurements at some point today. I think for me to be truly comfortable the way I look, that weight is irrelevant. It’s exercise and toning that will help give me the figure I want.
But I’ve never looked at things that way - so alas - I am using the scales in the short term and measurements in the long term!
If anyone has any similar success stories, I’d love to hear them x
