I get married in T.Minus 96 days and I need to drop some LBS before my dress fitting at the end of next month!
I looked into the Cambridge Diet but it is mega money.. so I’ve essentially just created my own plan. I brought a load of cup of soups, some low calorie easy/microwave meals and loads of chicken and fish to make salads. I did also get the Slimfast shakes just so I can keep my vitamins and nutrients up but I haven’t really been using them. I feel like 200+ calories on a shake is a waste when I could be having actual food 😂
My biggest downfall is snacking. I love healthy food, it’s not like I don’t like veggies or salad.. I do! And eat them often.. but snacking is my worst enemy. I have two children so I blame them!
I could do with some weight loss pals for motivation and someone to check in with every day!
