Can't seem to find a thread on this. Planning to do 16:8 . Lost a stone on ww but want to boast it as slow. So when I work from home no problems doing 10am start and 6pm stop eating. But 2 days a week now I am in the office. I am out of the house say 6.30 to 6.30 approx. What do people do re the 8 hour fast then on them days. Do I just eat healthy and just fast after say I eaten at 7pm. Sometimes I am in consecutive days sometimes random. Do I just go back to normal when wfh and weekends. Thanks.
