The last 7lb / 4 kg

I am 5‘ 6“ (168cm) and as of today 9 st 12 (62.7 kg).

Pre kids I hovered around 8 st 7 (54kg). I know I won’t get back to that. But I would so love to lose just half a stone and start to feel like myself again.

I started the year at 10 st 4 (65kg). So I‘m doing something right, but very verryyy slowly.

I currently fast from 6.30pm - midday 4 days a week (more is unfortunately not possible, due to my job).

I eat my main meal at lunchtime, generally tofu and noodle stir fry, pasta (I know, I know), rice and homemade curry or chili, fish with risotto etc. Always with lots of veg, but very carby.

Dinner is pitta/ cucumber with hummus and falafel, or an omelette, cheese on toast or soup etc.

On non- fasting days I eat weetabix and/or Skyr for breakfast.

I know my diet is not helping the weight come off. Does anyone have any tips? Is it as simple as removing the noodles/ pasta/ rice etc?

I really struggle with my evening meal too. I just don’t know what to eat!

Sorry this was so long 😴

What stops you having less carbs and more protein per portion? Same food, different proportions?

The last few pounds are a killer.

You need to go low carb.

I’d recommend the following:

Breakfast
0% Greek yoghurt with 100 grams of berries

Lunch
Green Salad and protein

Dinner
Green vegetables and protein

Drink lots of water plus black tea or coffee

You have to really watch your macros to lose the final pounds and make sure you eat protein so you lose fat not muscle.
