I'm am addicted to chocolate, I can eat so much and not feel sick. I'm terrible.

I'm paying for it now though, I feel proper over weight.

Think I might avoid the scales for at least a week or so, and just work on changing my eating habits first. I have got into a bad rut with food and know I need to change things!

I’m in. I’ve started couch to 5k and eating healthier in the last week. Would like to stick to it and it’ll be good to have this thread for accountability.

I will weigh myself but also measure my waist, thighs and arms tomorrow

Need to do this and need the encouragement.

Need to lose a fucktonne of weight, tone up and also want to manage blood sugars.

I have started a nutrition first approach in the last week or so - eat plants first, then protein, then other things. Minimising refined carbs or added sugar. Its going ok. Now I need to commit to a calorie deficit, stop latenight/boredom snacking and do a bit of proper muscle-building exercise.

That’s a good shout re putting on work out gear even if you aren’t working out - gets you thinking about it! I was thinking of doing this when walking the dog - might walk faster, lol

Me too! Perfect timing - I need a complete lifestyle overhaul. I've done it before very successfully but piled on weight due to a health condition. It has to all go again!

Sounds great. I have developed knee pain and need to lose 4 stone. My daughter has just lost 20kg over 18 months using mfp. She looks amazing and gets married in 11 days. I'm the fat mum.
The diet for me always starts tomorrow
