I'm going to do it!
Always had a goal weight in mind and never quite managed to get there.
Lately I've been using food as comfort/pick me up and it's a slippery slope, so before I gain significant weight I'm going to really focus now and stick to meal plans. No 'oh it's been a hard day I'll have a gin and some crisps' NO! Put the snacks away!
I've lost 6 stone already years and years ago and kept it off, but finally it's time for the last stone! Anyone else on the 'last' bit to lose? They're not kidding when they say it's the hardest! Now I'm older it's bloody harder, too.
I swear I need a 10,000 calorie deficit to lose half a pound, yet just look at a muffin and I'll put half a stone on.
Grrr.
2lbs a week, this'll be done and dusted in 6/7 weeks, surely?!
