I hope this is ok to ask here, I wasn’t sure where best to post it. Apologies if not.
I lost about 10 stone a few years ago, and then my weight loss stopped. I’ve been a pretty stable weight, give-or-take 5 lbs, for the last 3 years. BMI is the very top end of ‘healthy’.
I’m still wobbly as all hell though! I know a part of it is loose skin, and I’ve heard talk of empty fat cells, but is that really a thing?
The rolls, overhang, and squishiness is uncomfortable, affecting my life & really bothering me, but how do I tell whether I can lose any more of it?
I don’t want to diet further if actually I haven’t any more I can lose (as surely that would risk my health), but if I could possibly lose more I’d like to.
