Hi Amy ideas on how I can lose a stone maybe two of am lucky I haven’t a clue where so start and what I need to go for my eating habits aren’t so bad it’s the night time that’s my downfall I late night snack mostly crips and jelly’s I need help to break this cycle at the min I am 11st my goal is 10st hopefully 9 as I am only short 5ft so according to the bmi calculator I am mostly definitely overweight 🥲

If you've already figured out the issue then I would start by working on pattern interruption. If it's sat on the sofa watching tv when you overeat do something else instead. Sit in a chair and read, do some meal prep, catch up with a friend. You could also have a pen and paper by you all evening and commit to writing down everything you eat. Seeing it written down like that might make you think twice.
