Hi Amy ideas on how I can lose a stone maybe two of am lucky I haven’t a clue where so start and what I need to go for my eating habits aren’t so bad it’s the night time that’s my downfall I late night snack mostly crips and jelly’s I need help to break this cycle at the min I am 11st my goal is 10st hopefully 9 as I am only short 5ft so according to the bmi calculator I am mostly definitely overweight 🥲
