I know this sounds like a really petty thing but I am trying to lose the last 5 pounds that I put on when I had DD and I just CANNOT do it. I have upped my exercise and cut calories for the last months but it is just not going. It is driving me nuts. My clothes are just that little bit too tight and I just cannot see how to get rid of this last horrible 5 pounds. Its not like I want to be a skinny minny. I just want to be what I was. HELP ME TO DO THIS PLEASE. Any tips gratefully receieved.
