I’ve decided to go Keto to drop my weight a bit quick for my wedding.
I think Keto is a great diet for me; because it’s all the food I love anyway, just cutting down drastically on carbs and cutting sugar. Sugar is my downfall. I’ve got stuck in a routine of eating so much shite with my kids that I’m truly addicted to sugar and feel rubbish!
I’m hoping the Keto will kick my sugar cravings to the floor after a while and then I can maintain my weight much easier without having to yo-yo diet for the rest of my life.
This is the first diet I’ve ever done, I’m 26 and feel like my age is starting to slow down my metabolism too.
I started today - Breakfast was Scambled eggs with Spinach, half an avocado and streaky bacon. It was lovely! I could happily eat that morning, noon and night!
I am stuck for recipes though, I particularly like using the slow cooker so if anyone has any slow cooker Keto recipes I’m all ears!
