Hi,
I am aiming to cut down on biscuits - especially when I have PMS which is when I reach for sugar. What are good alternatives that also give you energy?

the healthiest dnack is no snack at all.

if you can't wait for your next meal raw veg sticks are the best thing you can snack on.
or a hardboiled egg.

Good point but I often feel dizzy if I don't eat every couple of hours.

My husband likes cottage cheese on rye crispbreads, but he tops it with siracha or Lao Gan Ma crispy chili, enough to make it interesting!

Yes I was going to say ryvita and cottage cheese. Or a handful of nuts

Apple with a bit of peanut butter, rice cake with peanut butter (or hummus), cucumber sticks and cream cheese, fruit & seed oatcakes are a bit biscuit-y and really nice too.

Is peanut butter low in fat?
