No longer obese!

I think this is the first time I've not been obese in 10+ years! My BMI as of my weight this morning was 29.9!

I know I still have a lot to lose but I'm very happy about this. At my biggest my BMI was over 35 so this is a significant loss, and I just wanted to share!

Congratulations, and keep it up!

Well done, you & many congratulations! 👏👏👏

Feels good to be out of the ‘obese’ category, doesn’t it? You’ve done the hard bit, now keep it going.

Fantina · 19/01/2023 14:21

Well done!! And you’ve inspired me to put that down as one of my targets rather than just the eventual weight I want to be which feels so far off!

ScottishBeth · 19/01/2023 15:45

@Fantina thank you! I have lots of mini targets. Eg, losing 5% of original body weight, 10%, halfway to target. I have them written out on my grid and I'm going to colour in each section when I achieve that goal. Then of course the big one!

Well done! Me too! I’m now ‘just’ overweight. BMI 29.2.

I found a grid I made a few years ago which sounds similar to yours. Must update mine!

That is amazing congratulations! I hope you find something nice to treat yourself to when you hit your rewards.

I work on treats and last time it was a lovely jumper.
