Recovered from my ED thankfully but was a complete gym bunny. Covid happened and it's all fallen apart. Gone from size 10 with athletic body to a frumpy size 14. Can't even look at myself at the moment.
Anyway I need to do this in a healthy way so won't be weighing as I can get addicted to it, but will be doing body measurements, booked an amazing holiday and I'm determined now. I know realistically I want to lose about 2st before May. Lots of meal prep going on and healthy food, lots of walking will be going on as can't really afford gym at the moment.
