Saxenda question

I started saxenda a month ago but due to getting an awful flu I had to stop it for a few weeks! I want to restart it but it's been opened for 30 days now and the leaflet says it needs to be chucked away, the liquid inside still looks normal, is this safe to use or should I bin it?

Has it been in the fridge or left out? Fridge and I'd probably use it, left out I'd probably throw it away.
