Think I’m going to start this if anyone wants to join in? The idea is you follow it for 75 days and at the end it should all be habits that have become part of your life and easy to follow
The main goals are -
- eating healthy for 90% of the week
- 45 minutes exercise (some people do every day, some do 5 or 6 with rest days)
- no/low alcohol intake
- drink at least 2L of water per day
- read at least 10 pages of a book (some people change this to 10 minutes of yoga or meditation)
I’m planning to start tomorrow which means day 75 would be the 18th of March. I don’t have a specific weight loss goal in mind but want to be fitter, happier and healthier by then
