hello i am a big fat mess. Cannot motivate myself and in part i think it's because of all the weight i'm carrying.
i think i'm going to try either ascender or ozempic at least to trigger some change.
anyone have a view on which is best? any experience of using ozempic?
really grateful fir any ones point of view xx

I've been on Ozempic for 3 weeks now I know it's early days but it's been nothing but positive for me.

I bought from a clinic online after an initial consultation.
For me, the second I took my first injection I wasn't hungry anymore. No cravings, a bit of nausea but expected that and I don't mind it it's manageable.
Food has decreased by about half.
I do not crave sweet things, or carbs and as long as I eat veg/protein I'm not counting calories. I have a weekly catch up with the clinic to monitor things. I've lost 12lb so far
