Weighed this morning at 10 stone 9 3/4, which is the heaviest I've been since pregnancy ☹️

My fighting weight these days is about 9 stone 5 (maybe slightly less but I'm trying to be realistic) so I do have a little way to go. Got a lot coming up in 2023 - looking for a new job and a holiday in April, so I want to start shifting some weight and feeling better about myself.

I'm going to increase my exercise, drink more water, generally eat more healthily, and will start counting calories from tomorrow again.

I usually weigh twice a week as the little losses keep me motivated, but will just depend what mornings I remember to do it.

I'm going to use this thread as a way to hold myself accountable, if anyone else would like to do the same please feel free to join me Smile

SW: 10 stone 9 3/4
GW: 9 stone 5

Well I didn't have a good couple of days after starting this thread Grin

On it with a vengeance this morning though - I've walked the school run, and going to walk back from the garage after dropping my car off. Having a healthy, 350 cal breakfast too. Going to start logging my meals with MFP again, I lost almost half a stone earlier this year and it was logging that kept me on track. Think I might weigh on Saturday morning to give me a good few days kickstart, but AF will be due on Friday so that will possibly have an effect.

Onwards and upwards!

I’m already posting on another thread, but I wanted to wish you good luck. It’s really hard at this time of year but that doesn’t mean that we shouldn’t try.

I hope the last few days have been productive for you. I don’t know if you are meal planning but I find doing that and prepping as much as possible helps, especially at the moment when it’s cold and dark and temptation is everywhere.
