HI Wendy

I had my first weigh in last Monday, was a little surprised to be 17stone 9oz

I have my second weigh in at 5 oclock tonight.

Our weights are close enough if you feel you could do with a buddy?

Wendyjayb · 28/01/2008 13:46

KnickersOnMaHead - I'm the same, i'm doing it on my own but following the weightwatchers points system

HI Wendy

Got on great last night. 5 1/2 off, but I wont get too cocky as I always do well the first week. Its seeing if I can keep it up that is the problem

Wendyjayb · 29/01/2008 16:44

Thats a fab start, i'm expecting about the same next week (fingers crossed)

hiya, sorry to butt in but i need a friend too!! i have just joined weight watchers with my dad, and i am 17 stone 2. i just feel too fat for me. wouldnt mind being a size 16 so im doing something about it.
i do banger racing and have bough some new overalls off ebay, thinking they would fit with loads of room, and they wont even do up
so i have untill march 8th to get into them.

quick question about the eating plan...
i have been reading throung the books and am a bit confused about the milk we are allowed. i am starting on 22 points a day, on the kickstart plan. it says i have to have 2 of the milk allowences a day. is this included in the points or is it 22 plus the milk?
i hope you understand what i am asking

Wendyjayb · 29/01/2008 20:57

I'm not going to classes because i have all the stuff already.
I'm doing points but not the kick start, my milk comes out of my points but not sure for you though. Try putting a post on the baord asking and i'm sure someone will answer.
If you ever want a chat feel free to mail me

quick hijack
wendyjayb,did your points calculator arrive?

lizandlulu · 29/01/2008 21:30

i fnd i can diet on my own, i actuallty need to go to a meeting and be weighed by someone. if i do it on my own i think 'sod it no one is going to know' and just ending back where i started.

im going to bed now. i will keep in touch, see how things are going

Wendyjayb · 29/01/2008 21:37

Yes Katy it did, thank you so much x

Hi Lizandlulu its 22 points for everything. So after the milk you have 20 left for the rest of the day.
I find this works out better than just putting down half a point as if I feel peckish I can have a milky coffee without it "costing" any extra points.

I have the esource thing as well as I pay monthly so if you want anything looked up it has all the eating out places and everthing out of the books.
