WW/Noom/Second nature advice

Hi,
I have followed WW for years with success on and off and wonder if its time to try something else. Any advice on either of the other 2? The thing I don't like about WW is the constant tracking but I suppose that's why it works if you stick to that.

I did second nature. It was basically low carb, minimal processed food with a group chat and articles.
It was less about tracking and more about choosing the right food.
It worked in that I lost weight, but I found it restrictive and as soon as I stopped following the guidelines strictly (which happened alongside a period of bad mental health for me) I gained back all the weight. It is expensive as well, though believe it is supplied as an option on the NHS weight loss programme if you're eligible.
