I had my son 2-3 weeks ago and was wondering how long it took for other people to lose the baby weight?

my eldest is 16 months old and my youngest is 3 weeks ago so I’ve basically been pregnant for 2 years now and can’t remember what my body looks or feels like not huge and swollen

what did people do to help shift the weight

Eat well- nutrient dense foods so lean protein and veggies. Move.

With my first pregnancy it took a year for me to get the excess off but I put a lot on. Second time a couple of months because I was much fitter and exercised throughout pregnancy. Lots of veg and lean protein and get moving.

Hey, everyone recovers and looses weight in their own time, don't feel pressured to have a quick recovery. I have just started a blog with a fitness and wellness in pregnancy series. We just interviewed a personal trainer and next month we are doing a Q&A with a certified yoga teacher and masseuse on exercises you can do and massages to help your joints. Let me know if there's any questions you'd like me to put towards her :)
