Good luck OP! Take it a meal or a day at a time. All your hard work will pay off but it is hard to remember that change isn't instant, unfortunately! Flowers

You aren’t ugly!

I haven’t done Jane plan or anything like that but it’s important to find the right diet/lifestyle to suit you.

The fact you are saying you are ugly makes me think it might be worth talking to someone. I also think you need to be doing things to look after yourself other than just diet. Show yourself some love, for me this is yoga, straightening my hair, remembering to take vitamins, trying to dress a bit better with ironed clothes etc I wfh most days so could live in joggers.

There are various threads on here for challenges and I find posting on one of those really helps me stay focused and keep motivated and feel supported.

Thank you ladies and @Dashel you’re so right about doing more than just losing weight. I am v ugly though… but should be making the most of myself to ensure I'm not AS ugly.

I’ve done well with the fasting today.. not been drinking enough though so have to make sure I do going forward!

Congratulations on doing so well with the fasting.

I think it would help if you stop thinking of yourself as ugly and started finding things you like about yourself. I am sure you aren’t ugly it’s just a confidence thing x

Is fasting something that you can do consistently? I couldn’t stick to it very well and found it really hard.
